Meeting the team
We are a small and close knit team in the business established by our Director, Mark Butler, who has lived locally all his life.
Mark’s background, as a craftsman in cabinetry, provides him with the necessary knowledge on which to base kitchen design. His understanding, combined with the elegance of the Schuller and Next125 designs, ensures a workspace that is stunning.
Stephen Getka is a talented local designer with an extensive background in bespoke cabinetry and many years’ experience in kitchen design and installation. He also has an in depth understanding of how the individual elements of a kitchen combine to provide a practical and elegant space. With an eye for detail and a passion for design, the development of your workspace could not be in more capable hands. You will find him in our Kirkby Lonsdale Next125 Kitchen showroom.
Liam Butler is our newest member of our team… Junior Designer!! Liam is very creative with a huge passion for design . Now involved with the family business its his goal to help grow Butler Interiors to become the most renowned Kitchen Company in the local area and personally become recognised as a top level kitchen designer. Based at our beautiful Low Bentham showroom, you may see him from time to time in Kirkby Lonsdale too.
Our two joiners, Mark Carradus & Don Crinion, are employed full time by the company and each brings with him many years’ experience in fitting quality kitchens and bedrooms in a wide variety of settings. Mark started work more than sixteen years ago, as Mark Butler’s apprentice, and Don joined us a few years later, his experience, manner and knowledge adding to the company’s credit. They each pride themselves on their ability to install your kitchen with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency, bringing with them their delightful personalities! Each will immediately put you at ease with their easy going manner and their capable and trustworthy hands.
Amy Skidmore and Lisa Hannis run the office and each has extensive experience in client customer service.
Many clients will come to know Amy extremely well as the Showroom Manager, she co-ordinates the project in-house and brings together the many facets needed prior to your project’s installation. Amy will offer client support throughout the process of your project.
Lisa’s role is equally important. Whilst less interactive with clients, she is there ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.
It is important to emphasise that none of our employees has a sales target to reach: each works for the best interest of the client. When specialist trades are required, we can arrange for reliable and trustworthy people, many of whom are local, and all of whom we repeatedly use. To work closely
with the client to create their dream kitchen – to present them inspired designs and ultimately provide them with a perfect heart to their home is a truly rewarding process.
